Gekleurde afbeeldingen met beschrijving van Bol- en Knolgewassen (...) Colored plates with descriptions of bulbous and tuberous rooted plants. Haarlem, Erven Loosjes, 1901 (= 1902). 60 chromolithographic plates, each with title page and 1 or 2 text leaves with text in Dutch, English, French and German. Halfleather with gilt title on front board, ribbed back with gilt title and floral decoration, folio.

Split at spine head, edges worn, corners sl. bumped, label to front board, library stamp and label to half title; plates partly browned/ sl. foxed, plate 7 with small tear at bottom. Fine plates after designs by A. Goossens, lithography by J.L. Goffart, Brussels. The plates were issued in 20 installments from 1896 to 1902. Nissen, BBI 2256; Krelage p. 398-400.
