Special lot containing written 'Excuses' by George Brecht. Handwritten and typed by the artist on Brecht & MacDiarmid headed notepaper. Acquired by Deelstra from Brecht's girlfriend Anna Lovell in London in 1972. The piece is mentioned as 'Unpublished writings' in the list 'Anna Lovell's Collection of work by George Brecht and other Brechtania'. The original list is added.
