George Brecht (1926-2008), original framed work

Title unknown, circa 1965. Boxed assemblage. Objects in cotton-filled specimen box. 15.8 x 13 x 2 cm. Contains a half smoked sigarette, red cloth button, felt letter and unidentified dried bean or fruit.

The sigarette ash has scattered a bit inside the box. Provenance: Acquired from Anna Lovell, London by Tjeerd Deelstra in the early 70s. From the private collection of George Brecht.
