Still interesting due to the many fine (full-p.) woodcut ills.; (2) Johann Jacob Beurer. Ethikistoria; sive Centuriae duæ lectissimarum historiarum; ex adversariis Joan. Hartungi depromptae; lemmatibus instructae; et ita dispositae ut aureo lib. primo Officiorum Ciceronis respondeant: A Ioanne Iacobo Beurero (...). Hanau, G. Antonius, 1598, (8),120 p., woodcut printer's mark on title p., modern boards, sm. 8vo. Browned; cut short in upper margin. Rare. Beurer was professor of Greek and history in Freiburg im Breisgau. Wilhelm Antonius was the first printer in Hanau, from 1593 onwards. (total 2)
