First edition of the first complete topographical and historical Dutch-language history of Gelderland, by Arend van Slichtenhorst (c. 1615-1657). Contains fine plans (with profiles above) of Arnhem, Bommel, Doesburg, Harderwijk, Nijmegen, Roermond, Tiel, Venlo, Wageningen and Zutphen.
