40 Original drawings depicting children and animals. Cut-out original drawings in India ink and aquarel, each of which is tipped-in on a small piece of creme coloured paper (95 x 63 mm). Most drawings signed with initials, one with 'V. Looy'.
*Charming set unknown illustrations, possibly used for an (unpublished?) card game or book illustration. Previously owned by J.P.A. van Ingen, who worked at Elsevier's publishers Amsterdam in the 1950s.
