Bruce Nauman, photo documentation Kunsthalle Bern, 1973

Five original b/w photos made by Balthasar Burkhard featuring works by Nauman in the exhibition 'Bruce Nauman: Work from 1965 to 1972' at Kunsthalle Bern in June - Aug. 1973. Measurements are 17.5 x 12.8 cm (4 x) and 22.3 x 15.8 cm. Works depicted include 'Dark' (2x), 'Henry Moore bound to Fail', 'The True Artist Helps the World by Revealing Mystic Truths' and an installation overview. Kept in original envelope from a photo lab in Bern, Switzerland. Very fine copies.

The touring show started in Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Los Angeles in December 1972 and traveled to the Whitney Museum of American Art, Kunsthalle Bern, Städtische Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, Van Abbemuseum Eindhoven, Palazzo Reale Milan, Contemporary Arts Museum Houston and the San Francisco Museum of Art.
