Blaeuw, 1622, 300,(1) p., with woodcut printer's mark, engraving on the epitaph of Van Heemskerck, 70 emblematic engraved illustrations mostly by Chrispijn de Passe, 4 smaller engravings, contemporary vellum, small 8vo.

Lacks endpapers, here and there slightly stained/soiled and a few minimal tears. Still a good copy. Beautiful, early collected edition in pocket size, with many fine engravings and using a series of diverse, detailed fonts and sizes. The very extensive commentaries on Lofsanck and the Hymnus van Bacchus as well as the Latin and French verses with the Ambacht van Cupido and the Emblemata Amatoria have been set in diverse, tiny fonts. Contains besides the work mentioned in the title: Neder-Duytsche poemata (with 4 illustrations), Het ambacht van Cupido (24), Emblemata amatoria/ van minne (22), Spiegel van de doorluchtige (...) vrouwen (8) and finally the Hymnus van Bacchus, waer in 't gebruyck ende misbruyck vande wijn beschreven wort (12 illustrations).
