Last three leaves loose and foxed; untrimmed copy with some fraying. With signed annotation by C.C. van den Hoek (crossed out) and "de Heeren Erven Doorman te 's Hage" in pen on the title page, in several places with tax stamps. The Royal Library has a copy in name of Holtrop at The Hague, the catalogue (in which thousands of lots are listed), now rare, was apparently handed over or sent in person to potential buyers. In our copy many books are indicated with pencil.
