uitgemaakt hebbende het Zuidelijk Frontier der voormalige zeven provinciën der Vereenigde Nederlanden. Lithographed map with coloured outlines, Utrecht, J.P. Houtman, n.d. (c. 1830), 40 x 65 cm., printed on cloth, folded in the original box with title label on front, 11 x 9 cm. (small ink stain in right margin, box lacks a small part).

Extremely rare map, no copies in PiCarta, one paper copy at the Rijksarchief Noord-Brabant. No copies on cloth traced. The subject and the area depicted on the map are very unusual, as the "southern frontier" is taken very liberally here with depictions of a large part of the Netherlands and Belgium.
