Upper joint partly neatly strengthened; vellum sl. stained. With old owner's entry of Antonio Luis d'Almeida in pen on first free endpaper. Variant copy, verso of the title differs from the digitised copy of the KB: Indicated in our copy are two following works Pugna Porcorum and Crepundia Poëtica, in the KB copy these two works are also listed, but with the Studentes Comoedia. As usual bound with: (2) Pugna porcorum per P. Porcium [= J. Placentius], poëtam. Parcalesis pro potore (...). N.pl., n.publ., 1648, 71,(1) p. (The Crepundia Poëtica from p. 20 onwards, without separate title p.), woodcut title vignette identical to the one in (1); And bound with: (3) Senatus et consultatio (...). Without address, (8) p. And bound with: (4) Studentes, sive Comoedia de vitâ studiosorum. Autore Ignoto Peerdeklontio. Alentoopholi, "In aedibus Iberiorici Nobilimi, 1648, (86) p. Ad 1-3: Partly vaguely waterst. in upper margin, occas. neatly closed small tears/marg. holes. Good copy. Ad 3: The first edition of the very curious tautogram Pugna Porcorum (with all words beginning with the letter p) appeared as early as 1530.
