Daems & Vanderwiele, p. 174. Very rare first edition, hardly ever offered for sale and apparently only 2 copies in Dutch libraries (Rott. and Amst.). This pharmacopoeia was only published in Dutch, whereas most Dutch pharmacopoeia would first be published in Latin, before being translated in Dutch. Later editions of the Rotterdam pharmacopoeia appeared in 1728 and 1735. The "Extract uit het Previlegie" notes "dat sy gehouden sullen syn een exemplaar van het voorsz werk gebonden ende wel geconditioneert te brengen in de Bibliotheecq van onse Universiteit tot Leyden, ende daar van behoorlyk te doen blyken, alles op paene van het effect van dien te verliesen". However, there seem to be no copies present in UB Leiden.
