(Amst., Prometheus, 2002), 3 vols., contained in a cake tin (29 x 29x 15,5 cm.) w. the portrait of the author as King Boudewijn on the upper lid, produced in 1110 numb. and signed copies. The cake tin still shrinkwrapped, contents therefore not examined.
