Engraving from the series of the months of the year, 28.8 x 43.7 cm, after Jan Wildens (1584-1653), w. the address of Hendrick Hondius (published in 1614), numb. 2 in lower left corner, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. New Hollstein 361, 2nd state (of 2). A very fine impression on laid paper w. large crowned watermark, w. good margins. Underlaid central vertical fold, tiny hole in r. margin, some creases. Only November, December (see other lot in this auction), February and September were engraved by Matham, the other 8 remaining months by Hondius and Stock.
