Etching, 18.8 x 28.1 cm, signed "Herman van Swanevelt inventor fecit et excudit cum priviligio Regis" in the plate, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. Very fine impression, wide margins, on rather thin paper, w. 2 large watermarks. Central vertical fold, closed tear in blank r. margin. Dutuit 92/1, Wurzbach 92. (2) Landscape w. small waterfall. Etching, 17.3 x 27.2 cm, signed "Herman van Swanevelt in. fe. et exc. Cum. pr. Re." in the plate, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. Bartch/ Wurzbach 80. Good, probably 18th cent. impression on rather heavy paper, lower margin trimmed on the plate mark, otherwise w. good margins. Sm. foxed spot in blank r. margin. -and 5 others, incl. the fine large landscapes Wurzbach 81 and 82 (both w. address of Mondhare in Paris, very fine copies w. ample margins) and 2 copies of Bartsch 68 (the young Tobias, one without address, the other w. address P. Mariette).
