Wijck, Th. (1616/21-1677). Five etchings

Each approx. 12 x 11 or 13 x 11.5 cm, monogrammed in the plates and mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. All good/ fine later impressions w. narrow margins, occas. minor imperfections, but a good set. Comprises Hollstein/ Wurzbach/ Bartsch 11 (dawdling beggar), 12 (raisin-eating beggar), 15 (oriental dealer), 17 (mariners at the border of the river) and 18 (spinning lady next to the auger), final states. -and a duplicate of 11. Added: 2 others by Lodewijk de Deyster (1656-1711) (Hollstein 5 and 6, printed on chine-collé)
