Engraving, 21 x 27 cm, ca. 1598, after Hendrick Goltzius (1558-1617), signed "HGoltzius invent." and 4-line Latin verse in the plate, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. Good impression on paper w. unidentified watermark, trimmed to the plate mark, without the letterpress Dutch verse found on some copies below the image. Central vertical fold, minor other imperfections. Verso w. collector's stamp of Albert van Loock (Lugt 3751). Rare. New Hollstein Goltzius IV, 720; Hollstein (Goltzius) 291.
