Grafitti. Yaki Kornblit Gallery announcement cards 1983-1984

Yaki Kornblit was a legendary early promotor of Graffiti. In the early 1980s he began exhibiting New York graffiti artists (and photographers) in his Amsterdam-based gallery. The present set comprises 15 cards announcing solo shows by Dondi White, Futura 2000, Rammellzee, Quick, Zephyr, Blade, Crash, Seen, Noc 167, Henry Chalfant and Martha Cooper. The cards from 1983 are folding cards, illustrated by the artists, 10.5 x 21 cm, 4 pp. printed black on white. Later invites are single cards of the same size printed white on black.
