[Deelerwoud, Veluwe] Photo album offered to Mr. Nicolaas Marinus Lebret by the staff of Deelerwoud, 2 May 1920,

36 mounted photos protected by tissue-guards, all ca. 19 x 13 cm, orig. sheepskin album w. siverlettered "Deelerwoud" on frontcover, obl. 4to. Album slightly worn along edges. Loosely inserted are several newspaper articles from 1967, photos, picture post cards, a small map of the estate on silk and an invitation from Lebret to attend a drive. Lebret attempted to cultivate heather and woods on the land formerly belonging to a sheep farmer. He bought the estate in 1907 and sold it in 1935. From 1966 it fell under the National Trust. Interesting document for the history of this nature reserve.
