Small 4to. 17th-century [1666] printed extract from Geldersse Geschiedenissen by Slichtenhorst. 64 pp., of which 32 pp. with text and woodcut coats of arms; verso pages blank. Blue paper wrapper with small ticket. Text describes persons of importance to Gelderland from Wichardus Gerlacus (878) to Philippus II (1581) and concludes with a (peace) resolution by the Ed. Gr. Mo. Heeren Staten van het Vorstendom Gelre ende Graeffschap Zutphen (Treaty of Peace between The Netherlands and Munster, signed at Cleves, 1666).

Shabby wrapper, ann. in pencil to endpaper, a few sm. tears and frayed edges, (water)staining. Rare.
